The retreat is located 3 km north of Canelli, in the Province of Asti in the region of Piemonte.

The valley achieved UNESCO World Heritage Status in 2014. The property is surrounded by vineyards that have produced world class wines for generations.

The structure was rebuilt from a traditional Piemontese farmhouse in 2008, The lounge, bar, dining room, kitchen and cycling change and storage rooms were added in 2017.

​

The retreat is designed for groups of 8 plus their guide or extra rider for a total of 9.

 8 persons (2 per suite), in 4 self contained one bedroom suites, plus 1 in a  studio suite.

​

The dining room and lounge allow for group or individual dining.
